TR Expeditions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with filing a claim when possible.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will review and work with you to resolve the issue.
