At TR Expeditions LLC we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through www.trexpeditions.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns

3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping

5. Refunds

6. Exchanges

If this issue is to arise, communication between TR Expeditions LLC and customer will be initiated before action takes place.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
